Size Exchange Policy:

We understand that finding the perfect fit online can sometimes be a challenge. That’s why we offer a size exchange on some of our items! If your purchase isn’t fitting just right, you can exchange it for a different size within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Exchange:

Simply contact us via email (hello@rawxwear.com) or DM on Instagram (@rawxwear) within the 24-hour window, and we’ll guide you through the quick and easy process of exchanging your item. Remember, the product should be in its original condition, unworn, with tags still attached and in its original packaging. We will arrange with the delivery company to pick up the item(s). Please note that a delivery charge will be applied to the new delivery.

Refund Policy:

To keep our prices fair and our selections unique, we do NOT offer refunds. But don’t worry! With our size exchange option, we’re confident you’ll find the perfect match for your style.
